Daughter had a flat late night. Search 24 hr tire shops in Dallas/Mesquite. While several were listed they are open 24 hrs, when I get there, they were closed. But Not Pedro’s! They saved the day! You guys were Awesome!

A bunch of unprofessional cowards. This the manager trying to cover up and convince me that this is a crack in of a hole that they put in my rim with the machine that assist to get that tire off when it’s on the floor. If you know anything bout a cracked rim, then you know the difference between a crack and a hole. Then the boy in the video (manager) gone say “go back to school” like boy my education higher than yours. Which is what I told him as he waved bye and smiling. I’m assuming they get over on people all the time. That’s not no crack. I seen the dude ram the machine into my and when I said “damn you messing up my rim” he act like didn’t understand English. I do not recommend. Pedro won’t answer the phone once he knows you a situated their fault. That’s why he’s mad I recorded. Tryna lie to me. Now your lie is posted. Came for a tire and got my rim damaged.

Terrible customer service & disrespectful. I called beforehand to see if they had my tire size. They seemed cool on the phone so I agreed on the price and made my way there. When I arrived I got out of my car tk soeak with someone about the tire. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged AT ALL. I asked a young man with glasses, kind of skinny with messy hair, if I could speak with someone about the tire. He stopped what he was doing and proceeded to walk off and I followed. He grabbed an air tool for tires, turned around towards me with it in his hand, and asked me “You wanna do it?”. First off, little does he know, I actually know how to change a tire so I could’ve done it myself really. Secondly, I genuinely wanted to slap him in his face so I turned away from him and turned to another employee. I explained to him how I called about the tire and asked do I pull in a bay once it’s available. He said it would be a 40 minute wait. I stood there for a second and looked around at the shop. Not only was the first employee I encountered completely disrespectful and made the shop lose a potential loyal customer but the overall vibe with me there was making me uncomfortable anyways.
